Cynthaya Johnson is an actress, model, writer, inspirational and motivational speaker. She began with a stage play, and through the grace of God, the producer/writer Shelly Garrett saw her undeniable natural talent.

Her experiences also include a list of varied runway and spokesmodel shows. Johnson's inspirational and touching story about her street experiences, will change the way that you think about guiding yourself and others through challenging times.

Johnson grew up in Camden, NJ, raised by a strict foster mother in a very poor and dangerous neighborhood. At an early age, she was thrown out of her home, and lived on the streets. At one point, Johnson even attempted suicide in an effort to escape her difficult situation. Despite this, Johnson managed to graduate High School and earn her associates degree in Communications.

Johnson speaks of "Survival and Life" offering strategies to discover how to have a life of joy, peace and a fabulous future! This inspiring woman not only "got up" when everyone thought she was completely devastated, but instead, rose to new heights and continues to be a winner.

After listening to several motivational tapes and being voted 2009 Sexy Single by the Philadelphia Daily News, in which she received over 300 emails from the public, Johnson's wounds have started to heal. "There was a gentlemen that reached out to ask me to speak at an event. I said how many people, he said 200-300. My eyes got big and my heart dropped to my stomach. I accepted the proposal and that was the beginning of the Live Volume #1 Survivor."

She credits inspiration and a Gift from God in reclaiming her life and reminds audiences of how powerful and wonderful life is if you only believe in YOU first.

Johnson is the mother of one daughter. She is currently finishing an inspirational self-improvement book entitled "Tattoos on My Heart." She is also working on her book about complex relationships in difficult times called "Men are Missing Foreplay."

Her passion: "Motivate the youth of today to get on the right path and stay there."

Every school deals with different issues........
One is facing school violence, another substance abuse, then some schools have a high rate of teen pregnancy, and others school dropouts. Some feel they are dealing with all these problems!
Then there are some schools who insist they are facing none of these problems, however there students have a unhealthy pressure to succeed.

Are we therapist or are we teachers? Everything has changed in school! While some politicians are "trying to help" by mandating test scores and performance evaluations the kids are falling through the cracks with huge personal issues!

What should we do to effectively educate the children and still deal with all the issues
they bring to the schools and the campus?
